We are a 32 unit condominium office park located at 8631 - 8693 Cherry Lane Laurel MD 20707.

Built in 1985 - 1986 The park consists of 3 buildings.

Many of the 32 units are owner occupied. Today, the businesses include professional and service firms such as Insurance, Computer software, Engineering, Microwave sales, Day spa, Cabinetry, Woodworking, Fire protection, Veterinarian.

Changes and modifications made to your unit, common elements and limited common elements are subject to review and must be approved in advance of the changes being done.

Each unit in the Washington Park Condominium has been assigned dedicated numbered parking spaces. Please encourage your visitors to be respectful of each neighbors spaces. Towing is enforced.

Board of Directors Meetings

Board of Directors' meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month.

Meetings are held at 8:30 am, at the office of D.H.Bader. Meetings are open to all unit owners and tenants at:
